SHIPPING FAQ

Pre Orders

Sometimes we take “pre-orders” for select items.  This allows you to purchase an item and guarantee your size and color before the merchandise sells out.  Pre-orders ship approximately 15 days after the pre-order window as closed.  We try our best to stock additional sizes and colors after the initial pre-order, in case you missed the pre-order.

 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to ship.  We ship all domestic items USPS First Class Mail.  For your convenience, tracking information will be email to the customer.

 

International Shipping Policy

If you would like your order insured, please contact us prior to placing an order at hello@figandgoat.com.  Unfortunately packages may get lost in transit, we cannot be responsible for missing or lost international packages shipped overseas.  All international sales are final.  Thank you for understanding! 

 

Return Policy

We will gladly accept a return for an unworn or unwashed merchandise with tags attached, within 7 days of the customer purchase.  Once we receive the merchandise we will issue a refund less the shipping costs.  The refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally made.  Please email us at:  hello@figandgoat.com to schedule a return.  This return policy applies to online orders only.  

 

Exchanges

If you love your product but just think you need a different size, we will gladly exchange the merchandise within 14 days of the customer purchase. (shipping costs for exchanges are on us!) Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and still have tags attached.  Once we receive the original merchandise we will ship out the exchange.  To schedule an exchange please email us at:  hello@figandgoat.com
